We’ve combined Surf and Skateboard together in one category with a nod to early beginnings. Though Surfing and Skateboarding each have distinctive cultures of their own today, the spread in popularity of skateboarding—what essentially began as sidewalk surfing when waves went flat—can be traced directly to its older brother, surfing. Though the “brothers” are all grown up now, we feel they still walk hand-in-hand.
